Note: all the following activities will take place at Breathless. For the activities that take place over meal times, you are welcome to bring take-out food, snacks or bagged meals to enjoy.

Opening Words and Auction!
Theme: Pulp Friction
(followed by the weekend’s first play party, 10 p.m. – 2 a.m.)
Join us for a few opening words and a warm welcome from Jacqueline and Andrea! Then gather, pool, barter and hoard your candy auction “money” and use it to bid on the array of hotties who’ll be auctioning their services, goodies and charms… and who knows, perhaps you yourself may wish to experience the thrill of being bid on by a room full of randy people! The people wearing the best pulp-fiction inspired get-ups—greasers, bobbysoxers, vixens in cat’s-eye glasses—will win prizes, and everyone will have a chance to compete for some excellent door prizes from our sponsors, including Venus Envy and After Stonewall Books. Then, go get yerselves some play already!

Fresh Meet
Come meet fellow Harvesters and mingle over coffee or tea. The few fun introductory games will hardly hurt at all (unless you want them to). And there will be baked goods!

Clothing+ Swap
Join us for the year’s biggest kinky swap! At Harvest, our attendees run the gamut of gender expressions, body types, styles and sizes, so this is definitely an everyone-welcome kind of swap. Bonus: A swap makes for a great spectator sport. Just think of all the hotties taking off their clothing to try on hot “new” items!
Step 1: Go through your closets, toybags and bookshelves to dig out all the stuff you’re not really using anymore; haul it to Harvest and heave it into the swap pile. Get creative—this isn’t just about leather and latex. Just about any clothing can be kinky! And we definitely want your old porn, erotica books and (clean) toys.
Step 2: Get your hands on other people’s cool castaways! Seriously, folks… Just imagine the amount of awesome gear that will find its way out of 90+ people’s closets and into the pile for you to pick from!
Don’t worry if you don’t have anything to contribute—this isn’t a one-for-one exchange.
All leftover items will be donated to POWER (Prostitutes of Ottawa-Gatineau Work Educate & Resist), a local sex workers’ rights group, and to a local women’s shelter as appropriate.

Film Screening

Many hands make light work, and when the job is done, we’ll all head to a nearby kink-friendly brunch restaurant that’s expecting a herd of leatherdykes to descend for a satisfying meal to cap off a more than satisfying weekend.
